SaaS Cluster member Eric Esperne, President of James River Consulting, will present a 45 minute Webinar on the business advantages that service providers can enjoy by using electronic contracts instead of traditional paper-based contracts. "5 Business Advantages of Electronic Service Provider Contracts" will discuss how to design online contracting processes that are enforceable, the significant sales and account management benefits inherent in the electronic medium, the advent of browser-wrap contracts, potential changes in how contracts are thought of in the Internet age, and a review of the SaaS based electronic contracts products on the market today. Eric has a good background for the topic, having worked as an in house lawyer and at the director level in commercial contracts management and strategic procurement for ASP and Internet companies. James River Consulting is a professional services firm specializing in IT and non-IT services contracts, contracts business processes, and contracts management staffing.
